1. What if I am not satisfied with my order?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. That's why we offer a voluntary 30-day return policy from the date you receive your goods. Returns within Germany are free; returns from other EU countries are subject to additional shipping costs. Items should be unused and in their original condition. We will promptly refund your purchase price upon receipt of your return.

2. How can I return my order?

You can easily and conveniently return your order to our address in Berlin. Please contact us beforehand via the contact form or email at shop@remynd-papeterie.de to register the return.

3. What are the shipping costs and how long does shipping take?

We offer free shipping on orders over €20 for Germany and over €60 for EU customers. Shipping within Germany otherwise costs €2.99 and usually takes 1 to 3 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing). Shipping to other EU countries costs €6.99 and typically takes 3-8 business days. You can find more information on our shipping page .

We accept various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, and Apple Pay. You can select the most convenient method for you during the checkout process.

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we can easily make changes or cancellations.

These include premium washi tape, stylish notebooks, and innovative stickers. The carefully selected items bring exceptional quality and variety to your journal. We focus on practical and decorative products that perfectly complement your organizational and creative projects.

8. Can I request products that I can't find in your shop?

You can contact us anytime via the contact form and let us know your product requests regarding paper and stationery. We review every request and see if we can expand our product range accordingly.
