1. How can I return my order?
You can easily return your order to our address in Berlin. Please contact us beforehand via the contact form or email at shop@remynd-papeterie.de to register the return. 3. What are the shipping costs and how long does shipping take?
Shipping within Germany costs €2.99 and usually takes 2 to 5 business days. We currently only offer shipping to German addresses. You can find detailed information on our shipping page . Shipping is free for orders over €20.
