This privacy policy describes how your personal data is collected, used and shared when you use or make a purchase from www.remynd-papeterie.de (the ‘Website’).
PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

Reviews and testimonials:
When customers submit a review using the form provided on our website, we process the data provided in the form (e.g. name or display name, review text, star rating, and any photos uploaded). Submitting a review is voluntary.
The data is processed for the purpose of internal quality control and – provided that consent has been given – for the publication of the review on our website (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Publication takes place exclusively in the form selected by the person submitting the review (e.g. first name or anonymised display). Your city and uploaded photos will only be published if consent has been given for the publication of the review.
Consent that has been given can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. The revocation can be made by email to shop@remynd-papeterie.de. The legality of the processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected.
Reviews are stored until the purpose of storage no longer applies or consent has been revoked, provided that there are no legal retention obligations to the contrary.
Review data is not passed on to third parties, except in the context of the technical provision of our website and hosting service providers with whom we have concluded data processing agreements.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
We generally use the order information we collect to fulfil orders we receive through the website (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and sending you invoices and/or order confirmations).

When you place an order through the website, we will retain your order information for our records unless you ask us to delete this data.
