General Terms and Conditions of remynd design UG (limited liability)

§1 Applicability to entrepreneurs and definitions

(1) The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).

§2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text

(1) The following provisions on the conclusion of a contract apply to orders placed via our online shop https://www.remynd-papeterie.de.

(2) In the event of a contract being concluded, the contract is concluded with

(3) The presentation of goods in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding contract offer on our part, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
(4) Upon receipt of an order in our online shop, the following provisions apply: The consumer submits a binding contract offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our online shop.

The order is placed in the following steps:

1) Select the desired goods.
2) Confirm by clicking on the ‘Order’ button.
3) Check the details in the shopping basket.
4) Click on the ‘Checkout’ button.
5) Log in to the online shop after registering and entering your login details (email address and password).
6) Check and correct the information you have entered.
7) Submit your binding order by clicking on the ‘Place order’ or ‘Buy’ button.

Before submitting a binding order, the consumer can return to the website where the customer's details are recorded by clicking the ‘Back’ button in the internet browser they are using after checking their details and correcting any input errors, or cancel the order process by closing the internet browser. We will immediately confirm receipt of the order by means of an automatically generated email (‘order confirmation’). With this, we accept your offer.

(5) Storage of the contract text for orders placed via our online shop: We will send you the order details and our General Terms and Conditions by email. You can also view the General Terms and Conditions at any time at https://www.remynd-papeterie.de/agb. For security reasons, your order details are no longer accessible via the internet.

§3 Prices, shipping costs, payment, due date

(1) The prices quoted do not include statutory value added tax due to small business status in accordance with § 19 UStG (German Value Added Tax Act). The prices quoted include other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.

(2) Consumers have the option of paying by PayPal, credit card (Visa), Google Pay or Apple Pay.

§4 Delivery

(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items we offer are ready for immediate dispatch. Orders are processed within 3 working days.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the sold item shall only pass to the buyer upon delivery of the item, even in the case of mail order purchases.
